Christina founded Hoopla in 2020 after purchasing promotional products in her previous career and recognizing a key gap in the industry. Her mission is to help businesses find high-value marketing merchandise that fits their budget, serves a genuine purpose for the recipient, and elevates brand recognition. Bringing project management expertise, polish, and professionalism to every project, Christina’s ultimate goal is to make her clients shine. Outside of leading Hoopla, Christina is a mom of three who loves traveling, reading, and playing mahjong.
Pearl Sambile: Customer Service Manager

Pearl joined Hoopla in 2022, bringing rich promotional products industry experience dating back to 2018. As Customer Service Manager, she oversees order execution, client communication, and vendor coordination—ensuring every project is delivered accurately and on schedule. Driven by client satisfaction, Pearl works remotely and loves spending quality time at home with her two children, while seizing every opportunity to travel.
Paityne: Account Manager

A Boise native, Paityne earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boise State University and joined Hoopla in 2025. After starting as an office assistant, she transitioned into an Account Manager role working alongside Christina. Paityne loves guiding clients through every step of the merch process to turn creative ideas into reality. In her free time, you can find her hunting for vintage clothes at local flea markets, catching live music, or going to the movies.
AC: Finance Coordinator

Joining Hoopla in 2025, AC serves as our Finance Coordinator, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing. She loves that her role offers the flexibility to manage online client stores and incorporate graphic design—a lifelong passion of hers. Always eager to lend a helping hand to team members and clients, AC works remotely, which gives her the freedom to travel and explore new places. She is also a huge cat lover.
Amanda Sanchez: Decoration Manager

Amanda joined Hoopla in 2024, managing all in-house decoration. She is passionate about helping local businesses grow through branded merchandise and loves staying involved with community events and organizations. Outside the shop, Amanda enjoys reading, cooking, and going camping with her four daughters.
Ella Lechner: Branded Merchandise Account Lead

If you need the ultimate merch strategy, Ella is your go-to! Raised in Idaho with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Boise State University, she loves collaborating with local businesses to turn creative ideas into tangible, high-quality products. She joined Hoopla in 2022 and quickly fell in love with bringing merch to life. Off the clock, Ella stays busy with a variety of hobbies—her favorites include teaching Irish dance, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Alma: Customer Service Representative

Alma joined Hoopla in 2025 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing extensive experience in order management and vendor coordination. Dedicated to making sure orders run seamlessly from start to finish, she is known for her responsiveness, commitment to service excellence, and knack for building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. Outside of work, Alma is a busy mom who loves balancing her career with family life.
Ki (Kilynn): Logistics, Operations & Social Media Specialist

Kilynn joined Hoopla in 2026 and quickly became an integral part of daily operations. As our apparel logistics, operations, and marketing specialist, she manages the full lifecycle of every project, from the moment blank apparel arrives at our doors to when custom products are packed and shipped out. She thrives on the collaborative energy of the team, making every day at Hoopla a blast. Outside the office, Kilynn loves getting lost in a good book, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Josh Maag: Owner of Expedition Fulfillment
Josh, who owns Expedition Fulfillment, oversees kitting and domestic and international shipping. He loves the outdoors, riding dirt bikes, and music.
